First off can we just say THANK YOU for shopping with us! We know that it is sometimes difficult to know what will work best for you without feeling, touching, seeing, and trying on. With that in mind, we, of course, will honor returns and exchanges.
A few things to cover:
The returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original ship day. We, of course, understand that life happens so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for those times that life throws you
a wrench and you just can’t seem to make the 14-day window. If you are not able to make the 14-day window due to an acceptable reason, you will not be refunded but rather a store credit in the same amount.
How to Make a Return
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and what item you would like to return. We will generate a shipping label on what you are returning and send you an email with the label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned.
Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you have requested a refund for your order (rather than store credit), the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item (s), included sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you are refunded using Store Credit you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
Please Note: Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise approved by Customer Service.
